Rates are subject to change without notice. $250 Deposit Required. Some rooms are limited to one person due to size. Short term or longer term OK! Prices include a basic clean furnished room with use of full kitchen and include water, electric, wifi internet, cable TV! One set of linens provided with room. If you want to stay 3 months or more and prefer to sign a lease, you will be given a discount on the monthly rates( inquire about special rates), provided you pay for your full stay if staying 3 months or in 3 months advance increments if you are staying longer than 3 months. The balance for the extended stay is due immediately upon arrival in cash or check. So please make the arrangements to pay the amounts due upon arrival. Unless you pay the full amounts due, you are considered a month to month tenant and the monthly rates apply. If you are staying month to month, the dates and rates are calculated based on a 30 nights even if the month has 31 days or 28-29 days. For example, if you wish to stay for 32 nights, the 30 nights rate will be paid based on the monthly rate and the 2 additional nights will be paid based on the daily rate of the specific room. HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION In order to reserve the place in advance and for us to hold the place for you upon arrival, you can pay the first month's MONTHLY rate amount (even if you would like to stay for 3 or more months) plus the $250 deposit via paypal with your credit or debit card or by sending a check. If you are staying 3 months or more and once you have paid the full amount of your say upon arrival, we will issue you whatever credits may apply. To make the payment via paypal, we will send you an invoice and payment request via paypal ( you do not need to have a paypal account to pay with paypal- just follow the directions on the link that we will send you) and keep in mind that if you pay via paypal, there is a fee of 4% of the total amount that paypal charges and deducts from the payment you send, so 4% will be added to your total amount. To make a payment with a check, please inquire about the address to send the check to. Also make sure to put a note a with the name of person renting, dates of arrival, departure, e-mail address and contact number in the envelope you send the check. Also make sure to notify me of the date you sent the check, so I know when to expect it. It takes a maximum of 3 business days for mail to get to us from anywhere in the USA and if I do not receive the check by then, I will notify you. Once we receive your check, I will call or e-mail you confirming receipt and the room will be held for you upon arrival date. Once you pay to reserve the room and change your mind for whatever reason, both the deposit and the first month's rent are non-refundable. If you decide to shorten your stay or break the lease for whatsoever reason, all monies plus the deposit collected are non-refundable. If you are a month to month guest, you need to notify us 15 days in advance of date you moved in if you will continue to stay or if you will move out at the end of your stay. If you do not give us notification that you are moving out 15 days prior, your deposit shall be withheld. If you do not notify us that you are extending your stay, we might assume that you will be leaving and your room might be reserved for someone else. So in both cases, it is to your advantage to notify us of extension of stay or departure.

This includes Water, Electric, Free Wireless Internet, Furniture, Full Kitchen, etc... you will share the kitchen. Also, this is mostly short term. If you are looking for long term this might not be for you, but you are always welcome to chek it out and/or stay.

Rooms go very fast, so first pay first get. House is in good and safe area. We could provide you with maps of area, places to go and Tourist Trap information. Miami International Airport only 10 minutes away. South Beach less then 20 minutes away. Great Location!

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express and CHECKS. We own the house and it appears on the county's website. Also, look at my history with paypal. Over 4 years, 300+ transactions and no problems.
